Question Point

By now most of us would have had a go with the Question Point trial. Please let me know what you think. I am particularly interested in the user friendliness, and the capabilities. How does this compare with free servcies such as MSN messenger? Have you had an opportunity to use the cobrowse feature? I think this is one of the advantages it has over MSN since it can also be used for synchronous training of the patron on OPAC or a specific database.

Paying Library fines using Caution Money

Please inform Staff at Circulation when requesting library clearance if you also want to settle library fines etc. through the use of your Caution Money.

Notice to Students:

Students are reminded to return overdue library items and to clear any outstanding library fines before the end of Semester II , 2007-2008 .

The Library has begun to place Holds in student BANNER accounts for all unsettled fines. Please note that once a library fines hold has been placed in Banner, it will take 2 working days to clear the Banner Hold.
Students can check the current status of their library account using the “Sign-In” option on the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) at http://stalibweb01.sauwi.uwi.tt/F.
